How to make the composite bottom of the stainless steel pot

The bottom of the stainless steel pot is 0Cr18Ni9, the thickness is about 0.6-1.2mm, the aluminum plate is made of 1050A pure aluminum, and the thickness is 3~6mm. The connection between the bottom of the steel pan and the aluminum plate is achieved by a high frequency induction brazing method.

The brazing filler metal is an ASi alloy powder having a particle size of 0.18 to 0.030 mm (80 to 400 mesh). The flux is a powdery mixture of fluoride, and the powder is 0.071 mm (200 mesh) or more. The more uniform the mixing, the finer the grinding, and the better the welding effect.

The surface of the stainless steel pot and the surface of the aluminum plate to be welded are scrubbed with ethanol; the flux is adjusted into a paste with a volume fraction of 10% ethanol, and the paste flux is applied to the bottom of the pot and the aluminum plate with a clean brush; The solder powder is then evenly sprinkled on the paste flux (the amount of flux and solder is used to spread 0.8 to 1.0 g of flux and 1.21.5 g of solder per square decimeter of the bottom area); Cover the aluminum plate with the bottom of the stainless steel pan as shown.

The component to be welded is placed on the asbestos tire of the high frequency induction brazing device, and the high frequency induction head is pressed against the bottom of the pan. Then, the bottom of the pot is heated and pressurized at the same time, and the pressure used is 50 to 60 MPa. After 15 to 30 seconds of heat preservation, the brazing process can be completed, the operation is simple, and the production can be automated.
